The Active & Healthy program provides Logan residents with a range of local and affordable activities. The program’s focus is on delivering low-cost health and wellbeing activities in Council parks and community facilities. 

Successful activities will be delivered between 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. There will be a 4 week break from Monday 14 December 2026 to Sunday 10 January 2027. 

Activities are not delivered on public holidays.

This application form allows for 8 individual activities to be submitted. If you would like to apply with more activities, please complete an additional application.  

Applications close on Friday 23 January 2026. We'll be in touch with an outcome of your application by late March 2026. 

Please ensure you have read and submitted the Active & Healthy provider interest form and have been advised you are eligible to apply.
